  • PS Plus April 2019 Update Sony reveals new Play Station Plus deal ahead of free games drop

Sony kicked off its first episode of PlayStation's new State of Play stream series by revealing a virtual reality title that's simply called Iron Man VR. From what we can tell by the trailer, the story will be about the unsafe computer hacker Ghost, who appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the main villain of Ant-Man and the Wasp. "We can not wait to share more about how we are telling an original Iron Man story in a way that only virtual reality allows".

Iron Man VR is scheduled to be released sometime in 2019.

Honestly, I'm surprised that we haven't yet gotten an Iron Man video game along the lines of something like PlayStation 4's hit Spider-Man game.

No Man's Sky VR won't be a stand-alone game, but rather a way to experience the existing game in true first-person style.

"Today's State of Play broadcast revealed release dates for a bunch of soon-to-be-released PlayStation VR games", wrote Sony's director of social media, Sid Shuman, on the official PS blog. Players will don the system's VR headset and see the world through the eyes of Tony Stark and his armored alter-ego.

The report confirms a Wario64 tweet from last week, which quoted a GameStop memo saying, "Sony full game digital downloads will only be available for purchase through the PlayStation marketplace" after April 1. And you can experience it all for yourself on April. 23, when Mortal Kombat 11 will give new meaning to "check yourself before you wreck yourself".

This means that if you want to make digital purchases of PlayStation 4 games without giving up your credit card information, you can still purchase PlayStation Network credit at retailers, enter the code online, and then finalize the sale online. Give us your impressions in the comment section!
