  • Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper live in Las Vegas

During Gaga's Las Vegas residency concert at the MGM Grand, titled Enigma, the singer invited Cooper, her co-star and director in A Star is Born, to join her on stage, according to E!

A surprise duet has stunned fans attending Lady Gaga's Engima show in Las Vegas on Saturday night. "He made that movie, um, A Star Is Born", Gaga told the audience.

Gaga then played the piano for the second verse before the two came together again for the chorus.

The soundtrack is full of bangers, and yes - as evidenced by these Vegas videos - Bradley and Gaga did sing for the film. Following the performance, as each of Gaga's dancers took a bow and introduced themselves, Cooper shyly joined in and said, "Bradley, thank you", then pitched his baseball cap into the crowd. Bradley Cooper was on hand for their first ever live performance of the Oscar-nominated Star is Born hit "Shallow".

Though he added, "I can't hear anything", Cooper seemed unfazed as he launched into a rendition of the song, which is nominated for an Oscar.

Gaga is now the first woman to be nominated for Best Original Song and Best Actress, and while the odds have her at 11/2 against Glenn Close's 2/5, Olivia Colman is our pick to win for this year.
