Benitez return a memory of Christmas past for Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp's side find themselves four points ahead of their nearest rivals at Christmas but they will be well aware of the fact that only twice in the last ten years has a team failed to win the league after topping the table on Christmas Day.

Jürgen Klopp has said Liverpool should "enjoy the ride" of pursuing a first Premier League title since 1990 and not fear the pressure of leading the race at Christmas.

"Winning cups or the Champions League, that's six or seven games where you have to be good, but in the Premier League it can be every three days, which is why it's the title I like the most".

"My life feels natural, more and more, and the better the language gets, the more and more for me you are with all the people around, all the traditions and it's nice".

"We need again an exceptional atmosphere to beat a very hard to beat team". In the second half (against Tottenham) we didn't see that.

"Nothing has happened so far, we don't have to think about May".

Pep Guardiola has called for his Manchester City players to remain calm as they head to Leicester following their shock defeat to Crystal Palace. We have to play football, not think about what we can do in the summer.

"I've had a lot at Barca and Bayern but he's on that list".

Bournemouth have endured a tough run of results, with Saturday's 2-0 victory over Brighton only their second win in eight Premier League games. We all have to be focused, not nervous.

"If you are satisfied with something then you must be a genius". We have to think about Newcastle. "He had to adapt a bit to a slightly different position; it's not that much different, but it is different from time to time".

When Daniel Sturridge moved to West Bromwich Albion on loan last season, most fans would've expected the former Chelsea star was set to leave permanently anytime soon. Liverpool are favourites to win this match, or at least avoid defeat, but like Crystal Palace showed with their win at Man City, we could be in for a surprise at Anfield this season. I realise in the moment I have not enough English words to explain to you all to relax.

"But as long as we can react then it's all good, but how I said, if something will dramatically change then we need to have a look, that's all". I am for sure the reason for a few things that are not that good because I am far away from being ideal, but my experience or not experience will not be key.
