NY1's primary night coverage starts two hours before the polls close with "Inside City Hall" at 7 p.m.

Former Sex and the City actress turned Gubernatorial Candidate Cynthia Nixon has the web abuzz after ordering one of the most interesting bagel combinations at Zabar's over the weekend, and New Yorkers are passionately divided.

Until quite recently, Cynthia Nixon was best known as the spiky red-headed companion of Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City. First of all, I urge everybody to vote. "I feel very excited; I'm about to go vote", she said.

A recent debate on CBS2 proved they don't agree on much - fighting over everything from subways, to corruption and health care. In response to criticism that that money is not going to the students who need it most, in 2018 he push for new requirement for districts to disclose how much funding goes to each school.

"I am the mother of Jewish children".

The email pitch included excerpts of news reports from 2010, detailing how Nixon was among about 200 American celebrities - including many Jews - who signed a letter supporting a boycott by Israeli actors, directors and playwrights of a new theater in the West Bank settlement of Ariel. "He needs to say not only is this inappropriate, he needs to say that it's completely untrue".

However, as outrage built over Cuomo's watery denial - his campaign pinned responsibility for the mailer on an anonymous "constituency outreach" volunteer - it emerged on Wednesday that the mailer was drafted by Cuomo's former special assistant David Lobl, now volunteering with his re-election campaign, and approved by Larry Schwartz, the governor's former secretary.

But some voters, like Aaron Weintraub, put their faith in two-term Gov. Cuomo to "get things done".

"Those were huge exceptions to the rule and to beat an incumbent in his own primary, you really have to draw an inside straight", Patrick Egan, a politics professor at New York University, said in an interview, referring to a lucky hand in poker.

While a state Democratic Party official said earlier in the week that it would let Nixon send out a mailer of her choosing to the same population, her campaign manager, Rebecca Katz, told Gothamist, "there's been no formal offer", and they received no response to their request for a robocall denouncing the flier's incorrect claims.

The victor of the Democratic primary will face the Republican Marc Molinaro, the Dutchess county executive, in November.

With just one day to go before voters cast their ballots in the September 13 gubernatorial primary, Gov. Andrew Cuomo appears positioned to trounce Cynthia Nixon - but appearances can be deceiving.

There are also multiple people hoping to get your support in primaries for attorney general, lieutenant governor, and several town ballot races as well.
