Describing the royal couple as the "world most handsome couple, she said, "I got an email informing me, and I thought it was an April fool's prank", adding that the honour was "truly unbelievable". Alexi Lubomirski also referred back to the engagement photographs he took past year, saying that having taken those pictures and now being able to witness the next chapter in their relationship is an honor and a joy for him.

Meghan Markle have selected Alexi Lubomirski to take the official photographs at Windsor Castle following their wedding at St George's Chapel on 19th May. News on how he got the gig.

In an earlier interview with Lubomirski, the photographer said that the initial engagement photos he took for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle actually came out of nowhere, as he was in England when the announcement was made.

That part of the guest list hasn't been publicly disclosed, but will include people the royal couple know personally.

Royal fans could even order a version of their own, as the London based bakery's website features a special orders menu, with a very similar sounding cake.

He's no stranger to the couple, after taking the photos which were released in December to mark their engagement.

TMZ report that she was accompanied by four bodyguards as she headed into the VFS Global UK Visa Application Centre on Thursday.
