Light snow will develop Saturday.

A wind advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. today, the NWS said. A series of cold fronts will bring several chances for snow.

Today will be cloudy and breezy with highs in the upper 40s. West wind 8 to 11 miles per hour.

SUNDAY NIGHT: Snow showers will be possible, with overnight low temperatures around 30 degrees. We are likely again to see some windy conditions, rain and eventually snow as well before the system exits the area.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 41. Low around 25. West wind 6 to 8 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent. Cloudy, with a high near 32. North wind 5 to 9 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Rain and snow will continue across Scotland on Sunday, with showers also feeding in across Ireland.

Saturday: A 50 percent chance of showers.

MONDAY: Mostly cloudy skies and snow flurries will be possible early, with a high temperature of 43 degrees.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny. High: 40s. Partly cloudy, with a low around 37.

Further, we do not expect any relief anytime soon as a fresh weather system would move into western parts of Britain by tonight and into the early hours of Thursday.
