The Kansas City Chiefs are 6-5 and in first place in the AFC West entering their Week 13 matchup against the New York Jets.

Josh McCown and the Jets pulled out the win against the Chiefs.

Chandler Catanzaro's field goal one play later put the Jets up 24-17. He also returned a punt 24 yards in the first half. On Sunday, it was the Chiefs who lost their composure down the stretch.

The Jets were forced to kick a field goal from the 7-yard line after Bilal Powell was dropped short of the end zone. After a holding call gave the Jets a free set of downs, Morton dialed up back-to-back runs. Lee has been at his best playing downhill as a pass rusher.

The Chiefs cornerback headed to the locker room with 2:15 remaining in Sunday's game after tossing a penalty flag into the stands at MetLife Stadium. After the New York Jets took a 36-31 late in the fourth quarter, the defensive back was called for holding on the subsequent two-point conversion attempt.

Alex Smith and the Chiefs' struggles continued. Robby Anderson added eight catches for 107 yards.

McCown passed for 331 yards on the day with three combined touchdowns to pace the Jets as they delivered the Chiefs a sixth loss in their last seven games.
