We had been thinking about it and deciding that Troy Nehls didn't think twice when he put the Facebook post up and exposed me and my family. The sheriff's department uncovered an outstanding warrant for her on a fraud charge.

The resident of Fort Bend County, Texas, has since been released on a $1,500 bond. Then, over the weekend, Fonseca struck back in her own way, adding another decal to her white GMC Sierra: "FUCK TROY NEHLS AND FUCK YOU FOR VOTING FOR HIM".

Forsenca spoke with KPRC Click 2 Houston once again and told reporters, "The sticker is getting its point across".

Last week, Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls suggested in a Facebook post that the owner of the truck bearing the remark could be arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after the sheriff's office received complaints about it.

The decal, which Fronseca said her husband enlarged, had been on the truck for eleven months before catching the attention of the sheriff's office. Attorney Brian Middleton says those stops would have alerted Nehls to Fonseca before the sheriff targeted her online.

He asked for tips on the identity of the truck's owner and said he would "like to discuss it" with the owner. Sunday, she and her husband Miguel added her stickers to it.

Court records obtained by Breitbart Texas from the Fort Bend County District Clerk's Office show a state jail felony indictment against Fonseca. He threatened to arrest her on a disorderly conduct charge. "And I'm just one person", mom Karen Fonseca said at the press conference. The indictment continues, charging that Fonseca did not have the consent of the victim to use her identifying documents. "But at the same time, I feel it was gone about the wrong way and the sticker is appropriate", she said. We should stand together and always stand behind what you believe.

He posted a photo of the truck message on Facebook on Wednesday alongside a request to speak with the driver.

"'We have to protect people's First Amendment right to free speech", Reynolds said.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas posted on Facebook that Fonseca's message is protected speech and urged her to reach out to the organization.

Other drivers and residents - both opposed and supportive of the statement - took countless pictures of the vehicle and posted the images to social media.
