In a press conference with attorney Gloria Allred, the accuser - who goes by Mimi - explained how Weinstein allegedly forced her into oral sex when she visited him at his New York City home sometime between 2004 and 2006. "He held me down on the bed". He was extremely persistent and physically overpowering.

In graphic detail, Haleyi described Weinstein holding her down at his NY apartment in what she said appeared to be a child's bedroom. "I was mortified. I was in disbelief and disgusted".

"I would not have wanted anyone to do that to me even if that person had been my romantic partner", she said.

"I remember Harvey afterwards rolling over on to his back and saying, 'Don't you feel we're so much closer to each other now?'" she recalled.

Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex.

If true, that would be a crime but Allred suggested it might fall outside the statute of limitations in NY. She tried to deter him by telling him she was menstruating, but he persisted, she said.

While Haleyi did not disclose exactly how old she was at the time of the alleged attack, she was reportedly in her 20s. She encountered him again at the Cannes Film Festival in 2006.

Allred said she has written to the Weinstein Company board, asking for a meeting. She declined and left.

She described feeling surprised when Weinstein later contacted her about a job on a TV show he was producing in NY. He wouldn't take no for an answer.

Instead, Weinstein asked if she'd give him a massage, she said.

But Weinstein got in touch afterward and offered her a job on one of his TV productions in NY. She worked as a production assistant on a Weinstein Co. -produced television series, though she and Allred declined to name the show.

"I finally said, 'I'm not coming to Paris with you, and I hear you have a bad reputation with women.' That's when he backed off".

When Weinstein returned from Paris, he invited her to his residence, which had children's drawings on display, she said.

They watched a little TV, and then Weinstein pounced, she said.

Huett, appearing with her attorney Jeff Herman, reiterated the story that she shared in her lawsuit earlier this week, and said she had first met Weinstein a few years prior to the incident in NY, when she rebuffed him when he asked if she had a boyfriend.

Women who have come forward with allegations against Weinstein include Lupita Nyong'o, Angelina Jolie, Cara Delevingne and dozens of others.

"Vague apologies are not enough".

In Los Angeles, Dominique Huett, 35, will discuss her allegations that Weinstein coerced her into oral sex in a Beverly Hills hotel in 2010.

A New York Times report said Weinstein settled sexual harassment claims with at least eight actresses and staffers.
