The Xbox One X will launch with this software when it arrives on November 7.

Recent reports have revealed that they have released the Xbox One Fall Update 2017, which is loaded with features and exciting new treats.

You will also see a new Microsoft Store logo and name in the Xbox dashboard, providing you with a simpler experience when you download and buy the latest products and content from Microsoft and its partners, including hardware, games, entertainment, apps and more. It focuses on speed and ease-of-use, and is available to download on Xbox One now.

The updated Home Screen now will show you things like friend activities, Looking For Group messages, leaderboards, and more. An enhanced notification system, better screen-dimming function to more efficiently prevent screen ghosting, and preparations for Xbox One X are also included. The Multiplayer tab of the Guide will also house the game invites that players receive, and a new Tournaments section in the tab collects all the tournaments that players have joined. The action center is brand new to the guide, and users can find now find their settings page here.

Japanese developers have taken note of this and spoken out on why consumers don't see very many Japanese games on Xbox. There are new options to help save time when moving from one Xbox One to another (including Xbox One X), so you can get back to playing faster. This includes a new feature for when you've left your console idle that'll provide time-sensitive notifications in a way that'll be visible from far away, hoping to catch your attention while texting or stuffing your face with food.

The main thing you will notice immediately is the design change to the main dashboard.

GameDVR will now be able to capture up to 4K/HDR screenshots and game clips on Xbox One X, and you'll be able to capture content directly to an external hard drive. If you enjoyed the Xbox 360 GUI, then this will definitely trigger nostalgic feelings of the lighter elements of the Xbox 360 home menu.

The Fall Update starting rolling out earlier this week, so if you haven't already be sure to update your console.
