Parts from the Galaxy Note 7 can be recycled. The small bezels on the top and bottom of the device help the display use all of the possible real estate it has to work with.

Bixby can now interact with various apps on the Android operating system.

Samsung has officially announced that the highly anticipated Galaxy Note 8 will hit the market in August. This is either awesome or awful depending on your opinion of Bixby.

Korean users have to manually change the language setting of both the Bixby software and their phones to English to run the service smoothly, the company explained. Of course, there are going to be times when it's easier to just do all this by hand, but for those moments when you're otherwise occupied Bixby is a lot more capable at the fundamentals than either Google or Apple's assistants. The compact design enables comfortable one-handed operation and features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back. Pitched as a rival to Apple's Siri, Microsoft's Cortana, Amazon's Alexa and the Google Assistant, Bixby was Samsung's way of staking a claim in the increasingly competitive mobile AI market.

Along with several bug fixes, the new update will also help improve the overall performance of your smartphone.

The Note 8 will likely also have a whopping 6GB of RAM, a dual 13MP camera with 3X optical zoom, and an advanced Snapdragon processor. The reason for vertically aligned sensors would be to offer better performance for augmented reality (AR) applications. And that's before we even get to competitors like the iPhone 8 and LG V30. We all know that the phone is a flagship model and in fact, the Note family is held in higher regards than the Galaxy S family. Owners of the Galaxy S8 will notice that the fingerprint sensor has been moved further away from the camera sensors.
