Rain chances are on the rise again Sunday morning and continue into Monday with rain heavy at times which could increase the chance for localized flooding. We also welcome the chance for a few thunderstorms and light showers as unsettled weather presses into the area.

A stationary front near the area is the focus for another round of pulse showers and thunderstorms on Sunday. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 65.

As we go through this next week, things start to dry out with partly sunny skies and warmer temps.

Sunday will bring several rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Cloudy, with a high near 61.


Monday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 61.

Friday will be mostly sunny with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. All total models indicate that we might expect to see about an inch of new rain in our rain gauge from now through Tuesday. It is possible that the dry period could last for more than a week. Partly cloudy, with a low around 63. The sunshine continues for Saturday with highs in the low 80s.

Temperatures on Saturday climbed into the upper 80s and lower 90s. Higher rain could fall where thunderstorms develop. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. The rain won't stick around for long with skies starting to clear out on Tuesday and highs in the mid-70s.
