Raiola admits Ibra keen to renew United deal

  • Zlatan Ibrahimovic is convinced he can cut it at the top of the game for another season

However, his agent confirmed that the striker wants to remain in the Premier League whether it be at Manchester United or elsewhere.

The 35-year-old suffered a cruciate ligament injury during Manchester United's Europa League match against Anderlecht and now sidelined for a long time.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will hold talks with Manchester United about his future this summer as he wishes to stay at Old Trafford, according to Telegraph.

There is a possibility (he stays) but also that he does not.

Even if United are not to offer Ibrahimovic a new deal, Raiola believes he would not be short of suitors.

"If he sees he is a valuable asset for United he will stay".

Raiola continued: "He can be a valuable asset for some other top clubs also".

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back kicking a football again for the first time since his career-threatening injury suffered while playing for Manchester United in April.

'Lions don't compare themselves to humans, ' he told BT Sport when he did not name himself among the best top flight frontmen in England.

The super agent added: "We have a lot of offers and ideas and we have to evaluate them".

Romelu Lukaku seems destined for a move from Everton; Craig Burley looks where he may end up, and his merits as a striker. "I don't know, we will talk soon to sort out the future", Raiola was quoted as saying by the Independent.

If there is one player not to underestimate, it is the former Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, AC Milan, Inter, Juventus and Ajax striker.
