The discussions are "ongoing" but a decision should be reached "very soon", Malaysian Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam quoted by Malaysia's New Straits Times as saying early Monday, adding that the investigation will continue regardless of the agreement.

The United States has imposed fresh sanctions on foreign companies or individuals for violating export controls on North Korea, as well as Iran and Syria, the State Department said on Friday.
