  • 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri' Trailer: Frances McDormand Swears Better Than You

McDonagh's previous movie, "Seven Psychopaths", took a year after wrapping production to premiere, filming in summer and fall 2011, with a US release date of October 12, 2012. Back in 2010, he revealed to The Guardian that "Billboards" concerned a 50-year-old woman whose daughter is murdered.

The "Fargo" Oscar victor lets the curse words fly as Mildren Hayes, a grieving mother who takes on local enforcement after months with no leads on her daughter's killer. What we do have, though, is the first trailer for the movie.

I truly wish I could include the newly released redband trailer for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri in this post, but we are attached to a family newspaper, after all, and more than that, I value my job. You know the rules.

Fox Searchlight has unveiled the incredible red-band trailer for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, the latest film from In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths filmmaker Martin McDonagh. Frances McDormand (Oscar award-winning star of Fargo) is a mean mother with a dead daughter and a violent attitude.

There is no official release date for the film just yet, but there is a possibility the film may make its debut at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Martin McDonagh is a director who attaches himself to certain actors for consecutive projects and Three Billboards sees his reunion with Sam Rockwell among others, who stole the show in Seven Psycopaths. When his second-in-command Officer Dixon (Sam Rockwell), an immature mother's boy with a penchant for violence, gets involved, the battle between Mildred and Ebbing's law enforcement is only exacerbated.
